Jeremy Kottler opened to 260,000 from the hijack, and Lucas Greenwood three-bet to 860,000 on the small blind.

Kottler four-bet to 2,100,000, and Greenwood responded with an all-in five-bet. Kottler folded, and Greenwood added more than two million chips to his stack.
