Philip Sternheimer was among those players who entered straight into the $10k Dealers Choice event. Sternheimer quickly picked up with the speed and started amassing piles of chips, and now he sits in the better half on the leaderboard, with his piles reaching higher and higher.

Sternheimer just added another chunk when he called Adam Owen's bet after the second draw. They drew one apiece and Sternheimer checked again. Owen fired and Sternheimer called to see his opponent's cards.

Owen turned up and Sternheimer studied his hand.

"I think I scoop," he said, showing . He was right and the whole pot went his way.
