Here is some background about the nine ladies who have made it to today's final table.

Chip leader Debbie Pechac (630,000) from Phoenix, Arizona has cashed in the WSOP ladies event three times now, finishing 21st in 2004 and 16th in 2006.

Candida Ross-Powers (548,000) of Sacramento, California has a master's in social work. She's also a Vietnam veteran and currently works as a criminal investigator, focusing primarily on crimes against the elderly.

Originally from Vietnam, Yen Dang (483,000) currently resides in Denver, Colorado. The mother of one is making her first WSOP cash today as well.

Lesley Amos (352,000) is a studio manager in the advertising industry. She also is making her first ever WSOP cash today.

Ida Lundholm (218,000) arrives at today's final table all of the way from Kalix Sweden. This is her WSOP cash, too.

Rae Rocco (203,000) lives here in Las Vegas where she works in health care sales. Originally from Chicago, she has a B.S. in mathematics from Cambridge, England. She first learned to play poker from her father.

Angela Prada-Moed (145,000), originally from Colombia, currently lives in Miami, Florida where she works as a pastry chef. Today marks her first WSOP cash.

Jan Howard (132,000) learned poker in home games with friends. Married with one son, Jason, she works as a lab director in Richardson, Texas.

Rosemary Lawrence (99,000) hails from Delta, Canada. The mother of three and grandmother of five learned to play poker in pubs, and has worked as a nurse, a real estate agent, and has owned a gift store.
