World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit winner, Scott Stanko, has eliminated the WSOP bracelet winner Ted Lawson. It was a pre flop clash that created the final curtain for Lawson.

Stanko raised to 7,000 in mid-position, Lawson moved all-in for 29,500 on the button and Stanko made the call.

World Series of Poker champion Matt 'Pez' Perrins has been eliminated by mixed game specialist Mike Gorodinsky.

When Chris Roth doubled up earlier on Chino Rheem said he had created a monster. Well Rheem has just slayed that monster and now has 429,000 and the chip lead. We didn't see the hand; just Roth leaving the table and the chips being pushed towards the grinning genius.

Jaspal Brar raised to 7,500 on the button and Dutch Boyd called in the big blind. The action checked through to the turn on a board of . It was Brar who started the betting off when he made it 9,000 on the turn and Boyd took his time before calling. The final card was the and once more it was Boyd trying to get to showdown and Brar trying his best not too. He bet 18,500 this time and Boyd made the call.

"Good call," said Brar who mucked his hand.

Boyd turned over to win the hand. Brar was down to 107,000 and Boyd was up to 175,000.
