When we arrived at the table, the board read . was laying in front of Basil Yaiche, and Faraz Jaka was cutting out stacks of chips.
Tablemate Jason Mercier was kind enough to fill us in on the details of the hand, and it all started with a min-raise from Mercier. Yaiche called on his left, Jaka three-bet to 7,200, and the action folded back to Yaiche who four-bet to 14,400. Jaka moved all in, Yaiche snapped it off, and Jaka tabled two aces.
The rest is history.
Yaiche, who started the day as one of the leaders, is back above six-figures, while Jaka has just over 11 big blinds.
