Kelvin Kerber opened in the cutoff for 40,000, Scott Baumstein made it 110,000 on the button and Kerber put in 540,000, leaving 15,000 back. Baumstein thought briefly and then stuck it all in. Kerber said he was going to take some time to give himself a chance to ladder, and he used a couple of banks before calling.

The did little for Kerber but the turn gave him a straight draw. The was a brick, but he did ladder successfully.
