Robert Kokoska opened to 85,000 and Andres Viola moved all in for more than 600,000 out of the small blind to enforce a fold.
One hand later, Kokoska raised to the same amount and Mick Heder called in the big blind. On the flop , Heder check-folded to a continuation bet worth 100,000 and Kokoska got his chips back.
Another two hands later, Viola raise to 80,000 and Kokoska squeezed to 200,000 out of the small blind. Viola moved all in the Kokoska snap-folded.
