Duda Takes from Messina

zedmaster84 • Level 28: 30,000-60,000, 10,000 ante

Valentin Messina opened to 125,000 from under the gun and was called by Antonin Duda on the button as well as Stefan Schillhabel in the big blind. On a flop of {8-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} [8hh], Messina continued for 155,000 and Duda called whereas Schillhabel check-folded.

Messina then check-folded the {4-Spades} turn to a bet of 325,000 from Duda.

The Frenchman defended his big blind against the 120,000-raise of Hossein Ensan but quickly folded to a continuation bet on the {A-Spades} {10-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} flop. Messina remains in the lead, but Jean Montury is hot on his heels.

Trips for Ensan

zedmaster84 • Level 28: 30,000-60,000, 10,000 ante

Valentin Messina opened to 120,000 and Hossein Ensan moved all in for 1.945 million out of the big blind. The chip leader mucked his cards from the button in the second hand back from the break.

Then, Messina opened to 125,000 from the cutoff and Ensan as well as Dominik Panka called in the blinds. The three-way flop of {9-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds} flop was checked through before Ensan bet the {7-Diamonds} turn for 125,000. Panka now raised to 325,000 and Messina folded, whereas the German called.

After the {Q-Clubs} river, Panka checked behind and then mucked when Ensan showed the {Q-Hearts} {10-Diamonds}.

Full Tilt Poker Gold Rush
Full Tilt Poker Gold Rush

Want the chance to win up to $25,000 instantly? All you have to do is play Full Tilt Poker's Rush Poker ring games from today through Sunday, April 19th.

That is when the popular Gold Rush promotion is set to make its return to FTP with even bigger and better prizes. The first Gold Rush promotion proved a huge among FTP players, so much so that it was extended for an additional 10 days. It's no wonder FTP has brought it back for another go round.

How does it work? It's simple — just play (that includes jumping in the action on the Full Tilt mobile app). Each time a player contributes to the pot at a real-money Rush Poker ring game, they have the chance to be whisked away to the Gold Rush table where they’ll receive a mystery prize.

There’s up to $25,000 in cash, Ring Game Tickets, Jackpot Sit & Go Freeroll Tickets and Full Tilt Point bundles up for grabs, as well as tickets to a range of freerolls.

"Gold Rush is all about rewarding players for doing what they love," says Full Tilt’s Managing Director Dominic Mansour. "Rush Poker is already innovative and action-packed but Gold Rush adds even more excitement to the mix by allowing players to randomly snag huge prizes."

For those who stick to the play-money tables, the Gold Rush will still apply. Play-money players can land their share of up to 1,000,000 Play Chips if they find themselves at a Gold Rush table.

zedmaster84 • Level 28: 30,000-60,000, 10,000 ante

Javier Gomez Zapatero opened to 125,000 from under the gun and was called by Hossein Ensan in the hijack before Jean Montury three-bet to 285,000 on the button. Both initial opponents called and saw a flop of {5-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} {2-Spades}. All three players checked and Gomez Zapatero then bet the {7-Hearts} turn for 500,000.

Only Ensan called and the {9-Diamonds} on the river was checked through. Gomez Zapatero showed {J-Diamonds} {J-Clubs} and the pocket jacks won the pot.
