In two hands, Belgium's Triple Crown winner Davidi Kitai surged from short stack to above average, eliminating Scotland's Niall Farrell in the process.
Davidi Kitai open-shoved for 270,000 in middle position. Directly to his left, Niall Farrell reshoved for 309,000 total, covering Kitai slightly.
Kitai's better ace high held up on , leaving Farrell crippled behind.
In the next hand, Kitai opened to 55,000 and Farrell called all in for 35,000. Steve O'Dwyer three-bet to 170,000. Kitai took a while before four-bet shoving all in for 596,000. O'Dwyer gave it a quick thought, then called off the remainder of Kitai's stack, putting the Belgian once again at risk.
The flop couldn't be much better for Kitai, and he doubled up again after the turn and river. Farrell was eliminated, O'Dwyer left short.
