Reiman On The Rise; Eliminates Clark

Zach Clark was one of the few players who didn't play yesterday and opted to buy-in at the start of Day 2. That choice didn't pay off for Phil Hellmuth nor Bill Perkins, and now Clark has joined those two on the rail.

Clark's demise came when Matt Stout opened for 7,000 from middle position and was met with an all-in three-bet to 28,800 from Clark in the hijack. Ty Reiman, who finished as runner-up in the 2010 PCA Main Event, then called from the cutoff, Stout came along, and the flop came down {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}.

Stout checked and then folded when Reiman bet 27,000. "You've got the goods, huh?" Clark asked. Reiman indicated that he did and tabled {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}, which was ahead of Clark's {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}. The {3-Clubs} and {10-Hearts} completed the board on the turn and river respectively, and Clark grabbed his laptop to go grind Sunday tournaments online.
